General Terms for Use of Parking Areas, effective from 15.10.2024, are published here.
EXTRACT
1.) GENERAL - the use of parking areas P1, P2, parking house (PH) and the drop off zone
Parking fees are charged from the moment of passing through the entrance barrier to the moment of payment at the payment station according to the Fraport Slovenija price lists, which are displayed at the entrances to the parking lots, at the parking cashier, and on the Ljubljana Airport website. After paying the parking fee, you must leave the parking lot within 15 minutes, otherwise you will need to pay an additional parking fee.
The entrances to parking lots P1, P2, the parking house (PH), and the drop-off zone are equipped with License Plate Recognition (LPR) cameras. Nevertheless, users must still press the “yellow button” on the entrance unit and take the entrance parking ticket. The entrance parking ticket is used for paying the parking fee. However, we urge users to keep the parking ticket until exit. It is need to exit the parking lot, if the exit camera fails to read your vehicle’s license plate for any reason.
Parking fee, before leaving the parking lot, is to be paid either at the manual parking cashier (during working hours) or at one of the parking machines (24/7). The parking cashier is located in the parking house (PH) - ground floor. Parking machines are located in front of Arrival Terminal A, at the outdoor parking lots (P1, P2), in the parking house (PH), and at the end of the drop-off zone. The parking machine in the parking house (PH) accepts cash and payment cards, while the other parking machines accept payment only using cards.
In case of a lost parking ticket, you can pay the parking fee at the parking cashier or at the parking machine in the parking house (PH) by providing/entering your license plate number.
The entrance and exit units and parking machines are equipped with user assistance phones and operate during the working hours of the parking cashier. In case of problems outside the working hours of the parking cashier, user assistance notices are posted on the info window of the parking cashier. The working hours of the parking cashier are posted on the info window and on the Ljubljana Airport website.
Fraport Slovenija, d.o.o. operates an automatic license plate recognition system. Fraport Slovenija, d.o.o., as the data controller under the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (EU Regulation 2016/679) and the applicable personal data protection law, maintains records of data processing about users, records of damage events, and records of personal data processing by the video surveillance system with an automatic license plate recognition system. In case of detected abuses of the parking system and violations of the General Terms for the Use of Parking Areas, Fraport Slovenija may use all legal means to prosecute offenders.

ONLINE PARKING RESERVATION
2.) Payment, Price, and Online Reservation Procedure
Parking can be reserved and paid for in advance through the online form. We accept online reservations with a minimum parking duration of 24 hours. You can reserve parking for a maximum duration of 30 days.
Online parking reservation is enabled lastest 2 hours before the demanded entry to the parking lot.
The reservation is made as follows. First, the user enters the desired parking time in the online form. Then the available options, possible locations, and prices applicable to the specific user's choice are displayed. The user selects the product they wish to purchase based on the known price and location for the entire chosen parking period. Further on, the required information is entered, and the reservation is completed with immediate payment.
The price for an online reservation may vary and depends on the booking time, the booked period, and the selected parking location. The user is always informed of the reservation price before confirming the reservation and making the payment.
After completing the reservation and confirming the payment, the user will receive a booking confirmation via e-mail. The booking conformation contains all the necessary information and instructions for using the purchased parking service, as well as an invoice for the service.
The user can cancel the reservation or change the basic data, such as personal data and the license plate number, at any time before the reserved arrival time. After the reservation period starts, it can no longer be changed or canceled.
If the user wishes to change the dates or location of the booked parking service, they must first cancel the current reservation and create a new one with a different time period and/or location.
Example 1: Changing Personal Data
The user can change personal data and the license plate number if they decide to enter the parking lot with a different vehicle than initially inserted. This change can be made multiple times.
Example 2: Canceling the Reservation
If the user cancels the reservation within the deadline, up to a maximum of 24 hours before the start of the reservation, Fraport Slovenija does not charge cancellation fees and refunds the entire reservation amount within a few days.
If the user cancels the reservation within a period shorter than 24 hours, a cancellation fee of EUR 19.90 (including VAT) is charged, and the remaining amount is refunded within a few days. The user receives a cancellation confirmation and a credit note via the e-mail provided during data entry. If the parking fee amount is less than the cancellation fee, i.e., less than EUR 19.90 (including VAT), the user is charged the full paid parking fee as the cancellation fee.
Any refund is automatically made to the payment method, which was used to pay the parking fee.

3.) Online Reservation – how to use the parking lot
Detailed instructions for entering and exiting the parking lot are sent via the e-mail provided during data entry and are also posted on the website in the FAQ section.
Conditions for entering and exiting the parking lot:
- Based on the online reservation, the user can enter the parking lot with the vehicle license plate provided during data entry up to 3 hours before the start of the reserved period and later any time until the end of the reserved period. Example: If the reservation states the start on May 1st at 10:00am, the user can enter from May 1st from 7:00am onwards. If the user arrives at the parking lot earlier, the reservation will not be recognized. The user can than park only under the general parking conditions (as a drive-up vehicle).
- If exiting the parking lot later than stated as the end time of the reservation, an additional fee is charged, if the exit is delayed by more than 3 hours. The additional fee is charged according to the general parking price list of Fraport Slovenija.
- The additional fee for a late exit is to be paid at the parking machine or at the parking cashier before leaving the parking lot.
- After paying the parking fee, one must leave the parking lot within 15 minutes, otherwise one will need to pay an additional parking fee.
Method of entering and exiting the parking lot:
- The user enters the parking lot by driving up to the barrier, where they wait for the license plate recognition system to recognize them. The entrance unit automatically issues a parking ticket, which the user must take and keep until exiting the parking lot. If the license plate recognition system does not recognize the vehicle at the entrance or the user arrives with a different vehicle than specified in the reservation, the user has a QR code printed on the booking confirmation, which can be scanned at the entrance unit. After scanning the QR code, the system automatically issues a parking ticket, which the user must take and keep until exiting the parking lot. The user can then enter, the barrier lifts.
- At the exit, the exit unit automatically recognizes the license plate, and the barrier opens. If the barrier does not open, the user inserts the parking ticket received upon arrival at the parking lot. If the user has exceeded the reservation time (as explained in the previous paragraph), the parking fee must be paid at the parking machine or parking cashier using the entry parking ticket. The exit is then possible as described above.
