The parking fee is charged from the moment of passing through the entrance barrier until the moment of payment. After paying the parking fee, you must leave the parking area within 15 minutes, otherwise you will have to pay a surplus.
The entrances to car parks P1, P2, the parking house (PH) and the drop off zone (kiss & fly) are equipped with licence plate recognition (LPR) cameras. Despite the cameras, users still have to press the "yellow button" at the entrance unit to enter, and take the parking ticket. The entry parking ticket is used when paying the parking fee, but is generally no longer needed when exiting the car park (after paying the parking fee). In any case, we recommend that users hold on to their parking ticket until they leave. They will need it to exit if, for any reason, the exit camera could not read their vehicle's registration number.
Parking fee can be paid at the parking cashier office (during working hours) or at one of the parking machines (24h). The parking cashier office is located in the parking house (PH) - ground floor, parking machines are located in front of the Terminal A (arrivals), at openair parking areas (P1, P2), in the parking house (PH) and at the end of the drop off zone. The parking machine in the parking house (PH) accepts cash and credit cards, while the other parking machines only accept payment cards.
If you lose your entry parking ticket, you can pay the parking fee at the parking cashier's office or at a parking machine in the parking house (PH) by indicating/entering your registration number.

A system of automatic license plate recognition is implemented at Fraport Slovenija, d.o.o. parking areas. The company Fraport Slovenija, d.o.o., as an operator of personal data, in the sense of the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (EU Regulation 2016/679) and the applicable law governing the protection of personal data, keeps records of the processing of user data, records of harmful events and records of the processing of personal data of video surveillance system with a system for automatic license plate recognition.
