To receive up - to - date information about any flight via SMS:
-  send a text message with the flight number (e.g. JP154) to + 44 7786 209009

To receive up - to - date information about any flight via EMAIL:
- send an email with the flight number (e.g. JP154) as the SUBJECT to status@aerostatus.com

You will receive a single status message about the flight.

If you wish to automatically receive flight status updates, simply add a question mark at the end of your request (e.g. JP154?)
- send a text message with the flight number (e.g. JP154?) to + 44 7786 209009
- send an email with the flight number (e.g. JP154?) as the SUBJECT to status@aerostatus.com

In order to enquire about a past or future flight (+/- 3 days), just add the date of the flight (in the format DD.MM or DD/MM) to the end of your message (e.g. JP154 12/01 or JP154 12.01)
- send a text message with the flight number (e.g. JP154 12.01) to + 44 7786 209009
- send an email with the flight number (e.g. JP154 12.01) as the SUBJECT to status@aerostatus.com

If you wish to stop receiving automatic updates regarding the flight, simply send the word STOP.

Usual network charges for a standard SMS message apply. If in doubt, check with your mobile network provider. AeroStatus does not charge for the service and does not use any premium numbers.
