Passengers are allowed to take one piece of baggage, which must fit in the overhead compartment. The rest of your baggage travels in the cargo hold. Limitations apply to the number of bags, their weight and size.
On scheduled flights, adults, and children over two years of age, are usually entitled to a free baggage allowance- 20kg in the economy class and 30 kg in the business class. If your baggage exceeds any of these limitations, extra charges usually apply. For further information please contact your airline or your travel agent.

Identification
Each baggage item should be clearly marked with the name and address of the passenger, both outside and inside.

Personal baggage allowance
Passengers are allowed to carry on board free of charge items such as coats, umbrellas, crutches, cameras, binoculars, and a reasonable amount of reading material, bassinets or folding trolleys, as well as a reasonable amount of baby food.

Excess baggage
The term excess baggage applies to weight and/ or number of the checked-in and hand baggage items exceeding free personal baggage allowance ( such as skiing and golf equipment, small pets, bicycles, surfing boards, bulk or fragile luggage, requiring one or more extra seats in the passengers cabin, or any other special baggage items).
