Our highly trained staff is available to important passengers and their entourage from the very first to the very last moment they are in contact with the airport.
A fast, discreet airport concierge service makes for a relaxed travel experience
Our staff will handle most of the formal procedures for arrival or departure to/from the airport. Passenger cooperation is only required when demanded by state immigration and security regulations and international air travel standards. Passengers are provided with a fast, discreet airport concierge service, which allows them to avoid the usual transfer through the terminal and makes their time spent at the airport more relaxed and meaningful.
Comfortable and pleasant ambience
Upon arrival, passengers are greeted as soon as they disembark from the plane; departing passengers are transported directly to their flight from the lounge. Transportation is provided by a comfortable vehicle. While waiting for their flight or after their flight has arrived, passengers can spend time in the pleasant ambience of one of our lounges, where they can relax or see to business matters. Guests are served refreshing beverages and light snacks. Any special requests regarding food and drink service in the lounge must be placed in advance and are not included in the basic price of the airport concierge service. We can also see to fresh floral arrangements and the delivery of local and foreign newspapers and magazines. Two lounges are available in the main passenger terminal. The larger lounge can also be used to organise small receptions for guests and press conferences. It has a television, Internet access and a fax machine.
Passengers with reduced mobility
The service is not availbale to passengers with reduced mobility (e.g. in wheelchair).

Because it is our wish to provide you with a service of the highest quality, we ask that you request and order the service in advance. Our concierge service for important passengers can be ordered Monday to Friday from 07:30 to 15:30 CET.
